Review - The first time we went here, the service wasn't all that great. We went twice in one week, and both times the service was excellent. So it seems they got their act together. The waiters were very helpful w/ knowing the food on the menu. The food is excellent. The guacomole is the best I've had anywhere. You can be happy just eating the chips and salsa. I enjoyed this much more than Ole.

Review - My party and I had a great time at Baja. The Pueblo theme decoration is very warm. The selection of tequilas is the best I've seen in the East Coast. Food was very good and the service was OK. overall was a good experience We will be there again

Review - As someone who grew up in southern California I'm very particular about Mexican food and so am often disappointed but this place is especially ordinary. The gold standard for Mexican food is the quality of their mole sauce, and theirs tastes suspiciously processed, not fresh at all. Their margaritas are also nothing special and over-priced.

Review - We got takeout and it was delicious. My husband got the steak burrito and I got the chicken burrito. The rice on the side was good too. My husband ate most of his, but I had plenty for lunch the next day. The decor inside was nice and the woman at the front who handled my order was very friendly.

Review - Great food, great decor, and great selection of tequila. The only problem was the service...it was HORRIBLE. The waitress came by only to take our order (after 45 minutes), then again to ask for deserts (Again, 45 minutes after tyhey took our food away) and then took another HOUR to bring us our bill...I am praying they replace some of their wait staff, so that I can start going on a regular basis.

Review - GREAT food, GREAT decor, but the service was AWFUL. I ordered take out twice, and both times they screwed up my order, and it took them over two weeks to credit my card for the items they didn't put into the order. Then I decided to eat in, because the food is just THAT good. And the service was REALLY slow. Their only saving grace is that the food is delicious, because I'd NEVER put up with all this for good decor.

Review - I think a pervious poster summed it up perfectly: the mole sauce tastes processed and Their margaritas are also nothing special and over-priced.
If they can't stand out on those two items - can you consider it a Mexican?
