Review - I was thinking about buying here myself because it seems as though it will be ready soon, but could not get any information either. It also seemed curious that they took down the sign that was mentioned in a previous post. A condos went for sale 2 weeks ago, and I did not want to pass on it, so I picked up a unit. I really wish I could have seen floor plans and a price range for this project, but I am happy with what I got though. I believe the delay with this project may have to do with the tax abatement. At the following website http://www.talkingpolitics.net/Tax%20Abatements.htm it says that the abatement has not been approved yet.

Review - What is the status of the sale of the units here? I am interested in buying here, but have no idea of whom to contact, what are the rates, facilities etc. Can anyone provide any info?
