Review - very unprofessional firm . when the firm sold my building to another firm, they failed to pay the new firm for our last months rent and security deposit, and thus, over a month after moving out of said building, i have yet to receive my money back from the deposit, hindering my finaces greatly. also, our building was poorly maintained, though perhaps no more than any other in new york city.
